Each fitness session with your personal trainer will end with a full body stretch to help counter morning after achy tired muscles.

Our trainers can help you discover and establish a structured fitness routine that is not just motivating but gets results fast. We do rely on you to be up-front about your expectations and we’ll measure those against your attitudes to exercise, nutrition and the time available to you to get fit to ensure that your goals are realistic and you remain motivated in achieving them.

Outdoor Locations

We can meet you at a local park, Forest track or even a local beach!

If you prefer to train at home we will come to you with all the equipment we need - gardens are a great option.

We don't need much space for a great workout either!

There is much to be said for undertaking personal training workouts in the great outdoors. A gym is a great place for a controlled weights workout or resistance training sessions. However, whether its feeling the sun shining on your face or even an invigorating autumnal shower refreshing you as you finish your last round of interval sprints or cross park lunges, for some of us, exercising outdoors is an empowering and positive experience that cannot be replicated within the confines of any health club or gymnasium.
